The Company:

Prestat Group is a family-owned luxury chocolatier based in London and was founded in 1902 by the inventor of the truffle himself, Antoine Dufour.

Composed of heritage brands such as Prestat, purveyors of fine chocolates to the Royal Family and Rococo Chocolates, an award-winning chocolatier created in 1983 by Chantal Coady O.B.E., we make and sell Britain’s most beloved luxury chocolates.

Following a round of investment, Prestat Group is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to take our Prestat and Rococo brands into a new market.

The Role:

This position is a new role within our sales team, dedicated to gaining and building market share within both sales channels. Reporting to our Sales Director this exciting position is suitable for a passionate salesperson with experience in heading up a sales channel and great personal skills that can lead and establish the new position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales in ideally a confectionary or food-led corporate gifting arena. The successful candidate will bring experience in building and developing a robust strategy to deliver business goals.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are key with strong client communication and relationship management are essential.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute an effective corporate sales strategy to increase sales, market share and profit goals.

· Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

· Analytical skills to review and use customer data to identify trends, opportunities to identify new client opportunities.

· Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives and to build a client network that is fitting to our luxury product.

· Develop and implement effective product offerings, sales catalogues and pricing strategies that attract clients and deliver profitability.

· Provide regular visibility and reporting of sales pipeline and tracking of client development.

· Experience in negotiation and preparation of contracts with new clients.

· Proactive in developing an outbound sales strategy with a focus on the development of new clients and lead generation.

· Collaborative working with internal stakeholders to implement effective campaigns to attract new clients.

· Establish and grow commercial partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful corporate sales results
  • Previous experience within the luxury food/confectionary market
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in analysing customer data and identify potential sales opportunities.
