Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and takes pride in developing long-term relationships.
• Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
• Implements personalised reach-out campaigns and utilises all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe.
• Knows his/her portfolio of customers, and in particular the VICs he/she handles.
• Is aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
• Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at any time of the day and supports colleagues and managers.
• Proactively informs SM/ASM of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all time.
• Complies with established Richemont policies and standards.

Requirements

• You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
• You should have a strong understanding of the Chloe brand, including its products, history, and values.
• You should have a keen eye for fashion trends and be able to offer styling advice to customers based on their individual preferences.
• We require you to have strong organisational skills to ensure efficient management of inventory, including restocking and merchandising.
• We value individuals who can work well within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Assistant for a Luxury Fashion Brand.
• An additional language would be beneficial, in particular Mandarin or Arabic.
