Chloe, is seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the Store Manager and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and takes pride in developing long-term relationships.
- Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
- Implements personalised reach-out campaigns and utilises all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe.
- Knows his/her portfolio of customers, and in particular the VICs he/she handles.
- Is aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
- Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at any time of the day and supports colleagues and managers.
- Proactively informs SM/ASM of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all time.
- Complies with established Richemont policies and standards.
Requirements
- You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
- You should have a strong understanding of the Chloe brand, including its products, history, and values.
- You should have a keen eye for fashion trends and be able to offer styling advice to customers based on their individual preferences.
- We require you to have strong organisational skills to ensure efficient management of inventory, including restocking and merchandising.
- We value individuals who can work well within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Assistant for a Luxury Fashion Brand.
- An additional language would be beneficial, in particular Mandarin or Arabic.
