Carolina Herrera is looking for a dedicated Showroom Seller to join the team in Paris from the 1st to 6th March.  This role is an exciting opportunity to represent our exquisite collection and make a significant impact on our sales to an international clientele, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome international visitors to the showroom with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued while exploring our collection.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Carolina Herrera product range, focusing on features, benefits, and relevance to the APAC and European luxury markets.
  • Actively take orders from clients, employing expert knowledge of the collection to guide their selections, enhancing their purchase decisions.
  • Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, displaying merchandise attractively and aligning with the expectations of a luxury fashion showroom.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to share insights on client preferences and market trends, contributing to the overall success of the selling mission.
  • Engage in detailed preparations before the showroom opens each day, ensuring readiness to provide an unparalleled shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, offering solutions that reflect the high standards of Carolina Herrera.
  • Participate in daily briefings, actively contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • You must possess extensive experience in luxury retail, specifically within women's ready-to-wear segments.
  • Knowledge of APAC and European luxury fashion markets is essential, enabling targeted engagement with an international clientele.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing showrooms and demonstrating excellence in presentation.
  • Ability to engage effectively and professionally with high-end clients, providing personalized service to meet their unique needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapid, one-week intensive selling mission, maximizing every opportunity to showcase the collection.
  • Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional attire, mirroring the luxury aesthetic of Carolina Herrera.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, sharing insights and strategies with the team to collectively achieve sales goals.
