What will you work on?
- Liaise with various France HQ/ EHQ/ WHQ where needed to coordinate visits and tours involving VIPs, Key Accounts etc. Provide support for meetings related to the store visits.
- Coordinate and support key HOI moments (events teaming building…), in collaboration with the People and Engagement team.
- Updating Org charts
- Organize, coordinate and supervise the logistics for visits, offsites : help in negotiation with external vendors and suppliers for HOI and French League LT identifying the right hotels, restaurants, caterers, event venue and transportation options
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Build and maintain a strong support network amongst your team, colleagues and counterparts
- Participate in projects - identify, evaluate and make recommendations to improve work processes
- Coordination and preparation of presentations/overviews/weekly reports In addition, as part of a dynamic team you will have the opportunity to stretch into specific store projects should you wish to develop in this space
Essential requirements:
- Bac +2/ bachelor would be appreciated
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent MS Office skills especially Outlook, Excel and Keynote
- Full-time (5 days)
