This luxury designer vegan footwear brand launched in 2020 and has quickly grown to a £1.8 million a year business. The permanent team is lean with 3 full time members and further support from freelancers and consultants taking the full team to around 15. They are growing fast and looking to add 3 new staff members this year.
This is an opportunity to take full responsibility and ownership of this brand's e-commerce store. The site is currently responsible for around 15% of total sales, processing around 20k visitors every quarter and around £10k in monthly sales.
To be successful in this role you will need a good understanding of Shopify and should be well versed in making changes to improve the customer journey on the site. You will liaise with developers to execute UX/UI site improvements as well as a Digital Marketing consultant to coordinate monthly and seasonal campaigns depending on new collections that are launching to the site.
You will need to be analytical, looking into customer data to understand the profiles of the site's visitors and reviewing who is buying what to optimise the site's content and convert more sales. Ideally you will come with knowledge and insights from luxury brands, to advise on best practice for content and customer experience, and then execute the necessary changes to ensure the right content is in the best possible place across the site.
The role is based in London with most of the time to be spent on site.
Italian language skills would be a bonus, although not essential.
