- Develop and drive clear direction for implementation of product presentation and retail marketing standards to ensure we are driving the complete brand offense in Paris through the Raw Parisian Flair in close alignment with the Sr. Head Coach Store Marketing and Coach Product Marketing.
- Lead, coach and inspire the House of Innovation Paris VMS team with a clear vision of success and enable the team to deliver the highest visual standards in the industry, delivering benchmark results by driving process efficiency and personal development.
- Lead and plan zonings based on consumer mindsets and key product stories and Retail Brand elements alongside with the Sr. Head Coach Store Marketing for HOI and the Coach Product Marketing for HOI.
- Manage, track, and assess resources including full accountability for inventory, maintenance of fixtures, fittings, mannequins, and VMS materials as well as allocation and focus of human resources to ensure a world-class consumer experience on a 365 base.
- Analyze business results in partnership with floor managers and provide weekly reports to leadership teams containing photos of product executions and KPIs. Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve the consumer experience.
- Execute training strategies to ensure the team has adequate knowledge of visual standards, visual merchandising techniques, seasonal trends and develop strong presentation and training skills.
In this role, you will join the Store marketing team for House of Innovation Paris reporting into the Sr. Head Coach Store Marketing House of Innovation. You will be based in the city center of Paris most premium and important distribution channel "House of Innovation" and the store offices in the same building.
As part of your role, you will be partnering up with internal stakeholders in EMEA and commercial functions as well as external stakeholders with suppliers, agencies, and third-party vendors.
