E-commerce manager

This role is responsible for the ecommerce strategy and day-day execution of all digital marketing activities for A.W.A.K.E. MODE. You will work closely with the creative director on key business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the e-commerce team - fulfilment, online content (creative execution by CD) and customer service departments.

• Manage and oversee e-commerce logistics (including production lead times and inventory levels to prevent stockouts) and the full-funnel customer journey.

• Optimise and improve customer experience by closely managing customer service, customer analytics data and ensuring seamless order fulfilment on the side of fulfilment team. Improve user experience by optimising our Shopify platform.

• Create ECOM monthly sales goals and develop a strategy on how to attain those goals via paid advertising, email blasts and social media to ensure inventory sell through, positive conversion and driving revenue, delivery of a consistent brand experience and message across all platforms.

• Create and implement the monthly digital marketing calendar for the ECOM which includes overseeing product launches and maintaining deadlines.

• Plan marketing budgets according to set growth goals, campaign calendar and revenue targets.

• Scale customer acquisition and retention on all digital channels - email, SMS, SEO, social media, YouTube etc. to achieve the set revenue goals and maintain marketing budgets.

• Track inventory levels, best sellers, slow movers, out of stocks etc. using reporting systems.

• Project online sales for the upcoming fashion season.

• Responsible for all products, categories and pages on-site to accurately display correct information, links and images on the website.

• Oversee the implementation cross-sell and upsell recommendations strategy for products, categories and collection pages.

• Develop and launch new ECOM initiatives including but not limited to brand marketing campaigns, special collaborations campaigns, seasonal sale campaigns, new collections campaigns.

• Define content marketing strategy for the website and social media along with marketing team, SMM and CD

• Oversee analytics for awake-mode.com and responsible for weekly and monthly reporting & analysis including best sellers, returns, traffic and conversion rates.

• Manage the update of E-commerce marketing materials and graphic assets. (homepage banners, sign up forms, collection banners, welcome emails, etc

• Oversee the influencer marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns with brand ambassadors across all digital channels. Track marketing expenses on free product

• Provide monthly reports on marketing spend update.

• Manage advertising agency and evaluate effectiveness of marketing spend and optimise as needed.
