Reporting to the Digital Director, as E-commerce Manager, you are at the head of Lanvin’s E-Commerce website - a real showcase for the brand, and managing the development of strategic commercial partnerships. You develop the business, support the brand image, and ensure a "best in class" omnichannel customer experience in all regions internationally.

Your main missions will be:

• Ensure the growth of online turnover.

• Define, manage and drive the e-commerce strategy in line with the brand's overall strategy (roadmap, KPIs, omnichannel animation plan)

• Define the objectives and the means to be put in place to ensure excellence in the execution both at the level of the organization, the constitution of the team, the collaboration with the internal teams, agencies and partners, as well as in terms of logistics, merchandising...

• Optimize the attractiveness and conversion on the site by implementing customer journeys, functionalities, product offers, services, content and e-merchandising guidelines

• Develop attractive e-commerce animation plans in line with other distribution channels

• Define, manage and share e-commerce KPIs, in order to develop performance optimization plans in a continuous improvement process

• Collaborate with the various divisions of the company (merchandising, communication, digital marketing, sales administration, retail, etc.) and ensure the good progress of e-commerce projects

• Share best practices and recommend e-commerce optimization and acceleration plans

• Manage the budget and e-commerce P&L.

• Identify high-value partners to ensure the lasting growth of the brand's sales while respecting its brand image

• Manage the commercial relationship and negotiation with partners (contract, pricing, counterparties, delivery conditions, visibility, brand promotion, etc.).

• Define the strategy of sales promotion and brand visibility on partner sites

• Ensure the proper operational execution of partnerships

Graduated from a bac + 5 training in marketing, you highlight an experience of at least eight years in e-commerce, acquired by an actor with an international dimension.

• You master the management of an e-commerce P&L.

• Resolutely focused on results and business; you know how to structure a relevant and efficient approach in the logic of ROI.

• You have interpersonal skills which allow you to quickly integrate yourself into a team and interact with the different departments, demonstrating communication skills, conviction and pedagogy.

• Rigor, analytical mind, dynamism and sense of priorities will be decisive assets to succeed in this mission.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and CMS management.
