Volzhenka is the family-owned caviar company and the last remaining producer of Caspian Beluga. Guided by its young and dynamic female founder Ekaterina Bataeva, Volzhenka aims to transform perceptions of caviar for a new generation of tastemakers, highlighting its artisanal qualities as the ultimate Slow Food.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Operations Manager in the order, delivery and invoicing processing.

- Coordinate the supply of caviar from our different production sites.

- Improve and develop the operating system ODOO in coordination with the integrator

partner.

- Control the stock level of products, marketing materials and components and

generate purchase orders.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English. Additional fluency Russian or French would be a bonus.

- Excellent math, organisation, and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment

- Handling and understanding of analytical data

- Focus on data accuracy, proactive and detail oriented

- Process driven, supply chain and operationally driven

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- High standard of IT knowledge – ability to use ERP (ODOO) and CRM (ZOHO)

systems, in addition to Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
