Responsibilities
- Spend the majority of your time actively engaging with customers and managing the daily operations of SKIMS spaces.
- Handle inventory management, including monitoring levels, overseeing in-store replenishment, ensuring size integrity on the sales floor, and liaising with the headquarter team about stock concerns.
- Train store associates on operational standards and sales strategies to optimize sell-outs, leveraging contests, clientele work with personal shoppers, and maximizing event traffic.
- Work towards exceeding sales targets as set by the Multi-Brand Retail Director.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to ensure the store team implements visual guidelines both at the front and back of the house.
- Take charge of recruiting, training, and retaining staff capable of delivering exceptional customer service across pop-ups and other activation events.
- Analyse and provide feedback on customer interactions, sales, and transactions on a weekly basis.
- Cultivate a positive work environment by motivating the team and providing consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in retail experience, with a past role at Galeries Lafayette viewed favorably.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for resolving employee concerns and conflicts amicably.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with solid presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
