We are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader for our for our Platform and emerging luxury fashion portfolio. The candidate should possess deep knowledge in digital marketing, as well as an understanding of the specifics and trends of the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for fashion brands.
  • Lead and develop a team of specialists, including PPC experts, targeting specialists, analysts, and developers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Conduct campaign result analysis, prepare reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and the fashion industry, implementing innovative approaches and technologies.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring their efficient distribution and utilisation.


Requirements:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion sector.
  • Experience in leading a team, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion industry and its specifics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data and make well-founded decisions.
  • Understanding of key tools and platforms in digital marketing.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing agency in a leadership role or leading marketing for a major D2C brand.
  • Experience working with international clients or projects, understanding global trends in the fashion industry.
