We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate specialising in Shoes to join our team at the Flagship in New Bond Street. This newly created position will support a key category for LOEWE. You will be responsible to achieve sales targets of the category through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele, product knowledge and monitoring and actioning on KPIs.

Shoe Specialist - Luxury French Brand - Flagship


Your role will be:

  • Cultivate the discovery of the Shoe category with existing and new clients
  • Build team confidence in the category through training, coaching and sharing of expertise
  • Provide sales reviews, feedback, and market & industry trends to Store Management as well as
  • central functions (Merchandising, VM, Operations)
  • Identify opportunities to drive business, for example through dedicated events or localised
  • campaigns
  • Monitor stock levels, liaising with relevant teams to maintain proper BOH stock

  • Proven track record of cultivating and growing client relationships and business within a luxury
  • shoe brand, or luxury fashion brand with a strong shoe category
  • Expert category knowledge when it comes to clients, trends and sales techniques
  • Passionate storyteller with excellent communication skills, able to be the voice of our brand
  • Creative & proactive in exploring new approaches to driving Shoes business
  • Able to empower others in elevating their selling skills & knowledge
