About the role:

● Develop a pipeline of opportunity, via a multichannel approach, to nurture both prospecting and existing customers 

● Dialogue with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and challenges

● Match solution capability to customer needs via detailed requirement assessment and analysis

● Negotiate and execute customer contracts that meet both the company and customer needs

● Onboard new clients and help client users get the most of the platform

● Manage the 360 sales cycles

● Support the leadership team in renewal and upsell conversations, including identifying opportunities to upsell licences to existing accounts

● Manage ongoing client relationships at a strategic level, including regular account reviews, briefings on industry trends, communicating product updates

● Provide accurate new- and long-term pipeline and sales forecasts, based on past and predicted sales activities.

Your skills and experience:

● At least 3 years of sales and client relationship experience in B2B technology or similar fields; experience in Fashion or SaaS is desirable.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.

● Experience in a technology startup with products driven by complex technologies.

● Self-starter who identifies new strategic business opportunities, generates leads and closes sales.

● Best in class presentation skills to C-level.

● Proven track record of scaling sales across a global market.

● Superb analytical skills and strong organisational skills.

● Successful track record in meeting personal targets and building new revenue streams.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.

● Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage. Must be based in the US or UK.
