In her/his capacity as Purchaser of RTW & ACC Supplies, the Employee's main responsibilities are:

- Purchase of components for the RTW + ACCs collections.

- Develop/source/guide choices according to style and sales expectations.

- Direct interaction with the Artistic Director: prepare and anticipate the sessions.

- Follow-up of orders, negotiation of prices, deadlines and conditions.

- Entering orders into the computer system + monitoring the budget until invoicing

- Codification of each element in PLM.

- Ensure the proper transmission of information between each department

- Follow-up of the order planning and collection returns

- Organize and manage the 2 supplies stocks + end of season inventories.

- Permanent monitoring of innovations and new products on the market

- Consolidate and expand the existing supplier base

- Ensure a quality/price/design response in line with the expectations of the product manager.

- Ensure the development / pre-industrialization of components in order to guarantee production deadlines and the quality of the heads of series.

Profil 

Education and level of experience required: 

Business school, you are specialized and already have strong experience in a luxury house (minimum 4 years).

Qualifications required: 

High capacity for work in a demanding environment; Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector; Team spirit is essential. Sense of communication and interpersonal skills; Reactivity, autonomy, versatility and punctuality.

Flexibility and rigour.

Languages: 

Excellent level of English and French essential. A third language like Italian, Spanish or German would be a plus.
