Summary

this Luxury Multi-Brand International Interiors Company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Samples Coordinator to join our team! As the Samples Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all samples are handled efficiently and delivered on time. You will collaborate with our design teams, production teams, external suppliers, and customers to ensure successful sample management.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating sample orders, tracking deliveries and shipments of furniture samples, managing relationships with our external suppliers, and organizing sample storage. Your attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving will help The Invisible Collection create unique customised pieces that delight our customers.

Requirements

- Manage our samples and stock library

- Logging, shipping and chasing samples around the world

- Calling couriers and managing issues

- Photographing and labelling of samples

- Daily liaison with suppliers, sales teams and clients

- Ensuring files and information are up to date

- Analysing demand, stock and managing samples and stock orders

- Decreasing costs for the company and streamlining processes

Profile

-You must be highly organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

- You should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as the ability to build relationships with external partners

- It is essential that you are able to work autonomously and prioritise your own workload

- You must maintain accurate records of all samples received and sent back out

- You need to collaborate closely with our internal departments 1e.g. development, marketing, customer services to ensure smooth operation

- You should have experience coordinating sample orders from customers and suppliers

- We expect you to create and present reports on all sample activities
