## COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY - FREELANCE OR 6 MONTHS CONTRACT##


We are seeking a dynamic Fragrance & Beauty Commercial Consultant to join one of most prestigious French Luxury brands. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of our Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) strategy. Working closely with various internal stakeholders including marketing, design, digital, finance, HR, and IT departments, the consultant will support our efforts to achieve our overall brand goals.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and strengthening of our F&B business within the UK market, as well as driving performance through engaging objectives, targets, and KPIs for our commercial team.

This is a Freelance contract, reporting to the Regional UK Fragrance & beauty Director, based in London to start ASAP.


Responsibilities

- Collaborate in the implementation of the overall F&B strategy alongside internal stakeholders.

- Define engaging objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive the performance of the commercial team.

- Assist in developing the commercial strategy to expand, develop, and fortify the F&B business in the UK market.

- Facilitate the retail transformation program, including professionalizing recruitment processes, reducing vacancies, setting key productivity ratios, and defining the right retail and staffing structures for the UK.

- Help in defining annual commercial plans, including resource allocation and detailed implementation plans across the sales team, ensuring strong execution follow-up and robust tracking of outcomes.

- Support the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

- Coach the business team to adhere to the agreed commercial framework during all negotiations.
