Boutique Director

The Boutique Director is responsible for all aspects of the business including sales generation, store operations, team, and client development.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for achievement of annual Boutique sales goals across all product categories, including bar/restaurant business.

· Ensure all clients always experience outstanding service.

· Build and maintain Customer Data Base with monthly CRM goals and activations to achieve targeted KPI’s. (CRM, # of active clients, build Corporate CRM data base)

· Act as Brand Ambassador by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities.

· Establish new clients by conducting regular outreach and develop partnerships with corporate and other industry professionals to generate additional sales.

· Manage a team of sales and operations staff as well as a Bar Manager and service staff.

· Develop and Coach teams meet and exceed expectations around client development and individual sales goals.

· Conduct regular management touch bases to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues, and to develop overall business strategy.

· Organize and coordinate events with Corporate Office to increase traffic in the Boutique and maximize sales.

· Report on product sell though and client feedback to make recommendations to the Management Team.

· Manage all operational processes in partnership with the VP of Commercial including: Shipping & Receiving, Inventory and Aftersales to minimize stock loss and maximize customer service.

· Ensure leased premises are maintained and operated to Health and Safety code and deal with external vendors/suppliers on an as need basis to rectify building issues.

· Adhere to and oversee compliance of established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures, and overall maintenance of the store.

· Review paperwork pertaining to receiving, transfers, MOS/damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV's), and charge-backs to Corporate Office in order to ensure accuracy of inventory.

Job Requirement:

· 5-7 Years of luxury boutique management experience. F&B experience not essential but would be a plus.

· Strong understanding of the Luxury Fashion Industry and Luxury Clientele.

· Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff, build strong internal and external relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately to maximize business results.

· Familiarity with HNWI and the Arts and Culture customer base

· Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

· Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.

· Work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
