An innovative, fast-paced and disruptive start-up skincare brand is looking for a Social & Community expert to join their team based in London. Known as the ‘new revolution in beauty’ (according to the beauty editors at Vogue), this skin-care brand, a spin-off of an existing successful beauty products group, is here to conquer the Beauty world. This young and innovative brand is looking for someone different, out of the box thinker, challenge lover; who will help them grow the brand through state of the art social and community content.

Freelance / Consultant
Ideally 6 months freelance contract. Which can lead to a permanent position. The candidate will be in charge of managing all social media content + community management (organic growth, CRM & e-commerce activities). If relevant, the candidate can also be an influencer for the brand on his/her own social media.
The skincare startup is a sustainable brand: 100% recyclable packaging with all formulations made in France with 100% traceable and sustainably sourced ingredients. The position is based in London. Mostly remote work but presence in the office may be required at times.
Source of assets: institutional content & assets will be prepared by the group communication director. The candidate will have to create original content for the social media (with access if needed to internal copywriter and picture retouching team) including Reels, Videos and Stories.
Responsibilities
· Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
· Organise and manage Influencer reach out to build community and boost brand awareness
· Manage social media accounts and publishing of the content
· Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts (with access to institutional content and marketing plan + internal copywriting & retouching)
· Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
· Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
· Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
· Grow our community & social channels
· Monitor social and community KPIs (reach, UMV, revenue…)
Requirements
· The candidate must know the beauty & skin-care industry (possibility to come from the Fashion industry also).
· Excellent verbal communication/writing skills (English native)
· Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
· Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Social & community management expertise
