We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Senior Merchandising Manager.


## Roles & Responsibilities


As a Senior Merchandising Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


- Leading strategy on range, inclusive of options, depth, and size based on history & trend.

- Analyzing and monitoring the latest fashion trends, buying patterns, and the demographic of our target market.

- Guiding the creation of collections that align with our brand’s target market, budget, and current trends.

- Developing a monthly visual merchandise strategy and budget for multiple locations.

- Overseeing the planning, sourcing, and implementation of inventory

- Working closely with the marketing department to define advertising requirements and campaigns.

- Ensuring alignment of analysis & actual buy with the strategy.

- Advising on top line sales growth and building departmental plans that maximize space efficiency and identify brand or category opportunities.

- Assessing and approving monthly sales and stock forecasts across all channels.

- Improving product availability and ensuring replenishment aligns with sales plans in coordination with the Demand Planning Manager.

- Overseeing intake for the division, ensuring prompt resolution of trouble shipments.

- Acting as a liaison for brands to enhance intake performance and accuracy.

- Potentially representing the business at fashion shows, trade fairs, and seminars.

- Meeting with the Sales Manager to review sales reports and customer feedback.


## Requirements


The ideal candidate for the role should have:


- A degree in Merchandising and/or Fashion Design.

- Significant experience as a fashion merchandiser or buyer, left and right side thinking

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and developments.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
