**About PANGAIA and Role Overview**


PANGAIA is an eco-conscious materials science company with a collective of scientists, technologists, and designers who are creating essential, sustainable products using innovative technology and recyclable elements. They are laying the groundwork for a better future, and their vision has led to the creation of a pioneering new role—Special Wholesale Projects Manager. In this role, you'll be a key component of the commercial team, developing an entirely new sales channel focused on the hospitality and fitness industries in the US, UK and EU markets. You'll have the unique opportunity to both build and shape the strategy for enhancing our brand presence in premium hotels and fitness clubs, thereby positively impacting our brand awareness. they are looking for a freelancer/consultant to start with in the hope it could turn into a permanent role. Ideally the person would be based in London or Paris but open to remote for the right person.


**Your Day-to-Day**


* Cultivate a network of specialty partners in both wellness and hotel channels, e.g 6th senses, Equinox etc...

* Negotiate terms and conditions and build lasting relationships with new distribution partners.

* Validate the strategy by closing a minimum of 10 valuable deals.

* Monitor KPI's for existing and new accounts.

* In collaboration with the Wholesale Manager, design a seasonal product offering for this channel aligned with the company's strategy.

* Ensure PANGAIA is represented correctly by all partners by coordinating with the Visual Merchandising Manager.

* Collaborate with the Operations and Logistics team to meet partner order expectations.

* Work with the Merch and Planning team for accurate forecasting and demand planning.

* Create a system to scale these channels rapidly.


**Requirements for Success**


* At least 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the Fashion Industry.

* Prior experience in the hotel and/or fitness industry within the US and EU markets.

* A Proven ability to spur sales growth and maintain cost control.

* Experience in setting strategies, program and project management.

* Previous experience in P&L creation and strong numerical skills.

* An independent, proactive approach with start-up experience preferred.

* Exceptional organisation skills with proficiency in multi-tasking and handling various stakeholder requirements.

* Excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships.
