Wholesale Executive 

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Executive to join our team.  The successful applicant will support the Sales Director in wholesale and sales administration to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales efforts.

Customer service is at the heart of our business - the Wholesale Executive plays a key role in driving sales across all sales channels internationally.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Driving sales across all sales channels with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage direct sales internationally and through sales agents
  • Day to day management of sales 
  • Providing sales administration support to our B2B & Retail Sales Director and international sales agents
  • Organising and tracking sample set distribution to agents
  • Ensuring requests for information about stock and pending orders are answered in a prompt manner
  • Processing of sales orders on the CRM system (NetSuite) in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Processing stock transfers within the CRM system
  • Coordinating shipping, ensuring export shipping documentation is accurately completed
  • Booking of flights, accommodation, sales venues for prospecting trips and trade shows
  • Maintaining the customer database within the CRM system

The Successful Candidate / About You

  • You love fashion, knitwear, cashmere and above all sustainability! 
  • You have solid experience in a similar role
  • Excellence in sales administration and customer service
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, customs duties & taxes, shipping documentation
  • Experience working with CRM and stock management systems such as Netsuite
  • You will be confident, proactive with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Computer literate - Google drive and excel are essential; adept at using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Netsuite advantageous
  • Strong and confident written and verbal communication skills - multilingual advantageous
  • Team player who is excited about working as part of a creative team
  • A can-do attitude and a growth mindset
