Responsibilities
- Measure and monitor sales performance, making adjustments to improve business outcomes.
- Handle store operations to achieve revenue targets while managing budgets and expenses.
- Utilize business acumen to identify business drivers and opportunities, creating solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
- Drive an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador, focusing on sustainability education.
- Lead the sales floor with a customer-first mindset to build loyal client relationships.
- Assist customers and provide in-the-moment coaching for team improvement.
- Optimize sales and service balance through effective scheduling, adhering to payroll goals.
- Deliver and maintain high customer experience NPS scores.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and train the team for consistent deliverables.
- Contribute to Loss Prevention and train the store team on expectations.
- Ensure facility maintenance and presentational standards.
- Lead merchandising presentation and strategy for customer experience and productivity.
- Provide feedback on product and sales performance to influence business success.
- Maintain brand and concept standards on the selling floor; train staff in visual and digital merchandising.
- Manage the retail team's day-to-day performance, promoting career development.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and developing the store team.
- Provide performance feedback to drive growth and results.
- Understand store culture and work with the Regional Director for continuous improvements.
- Manage reviews, development plans, disciplinary, and corrective actions for the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience.
- Experience with sales or retail organizations and/or operationally intensive businesses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities effectively.
- Self-motivated for continuous personal and team development.
- Ability to set clear objectives and inspire team potential.
