Join our client, an American contemporary brand with a focus on sustainability and experiencing strong growth as they launch their first store in France as a Store Manager, a strategic role that breaks the status quo. Responsibilities

  1. Measure and monitor sales performance, making adjustments to improve business outcomes.
  2. Handle store operations to achieve revenue targets while managing budgets and expenses.
  3. Utilize business acumen to identify business drivers and opportunities, creating solutions.
  4. Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
  5. Drive an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador, focusing on sustainability education.
  6. Lead the sales floor with a customer-first mindset to build loyal client relationships.
  7. Assist customers and provide in-the-moment coaching for team improvement.
  8. Optimize sales and service balance through effective scheduling, adhering to payroll goals.
  9. Deliver and maintain high customer experience NPS scores.
  10. Maintain inventory accuracy and train the team for consistent deliverables.
  11. Contribute to Loss Prevention and train the store team on expectations.
  12. Ensure facility maintenance and presentational standards.
  13. Lead merchandising presentation and strategy for customer experience and productivity.
  14. Provide feedback on product and sales performance to influence business success.
  15. Maintain brand and concept standards on the selling floor; train staff in visual and digital merchandising.
  16. Manage the retail team's day-to-day performance, promoting career development.
  17. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing the store team.
  18. Provide performance feedback to drive growth and results.
  19. Understand store culture and work with the Regional Director for continuous improvements.
  20. Manage reviews, development plans, disciplinary, and corrective actions for the team.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in French and English.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience.
  3. Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience.
  4. Experience with sales or retail organizations and/or operationally intensive businesses.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities effectively.
  7. Self-motivated for continuous personal and team development.
  8. Ability to set clear objectives and inspire team potential.
  9. Ability to drive operational efficiency and adhere to processes and systems.
  10. Skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners for shared outcomes.
  11. Proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency with prioritization skills.
  12. Keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
