Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and implementation of visionary strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, boost store sales, and align with our brand's mission and high-end ethos.
  • Assist in leading team recruitment and development for both the pop-up and the flagship store, aiming to assemble a team that reflects our brand values and excels in customer service.
  • Help maintain exemplary standards in store presentation, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency, ensuring a flawless luxury shopping experience.
  • Contribute to cultivating lasting client relationships and engage with the local community to boost brand visibility and loyalty.
  • Utilize sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, striving to consistently exceed sales targets and expectations.
  • Keep the global headquarters informed with regular reports on store performance and insights.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in supporting luxury store openings, with a strong focus on luxury retail environments.
  • Demonstrated success in motivating, leading, and developing high-achieving teams within the luxury retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and the establishment of luxury customer service excellence.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of building meaningful relationships with team members, stakeholders, and luxury clients.
  • Competent in executing effective strategies for sales growth, customer satisfaction, and store profitability in line with our brand's luxurious essence.
  • Adept at managing challenging situations with diplomacy, including customer service issues and team conflict resolution.
