As the Operations Coordination Officer, the employee's main responsibilities are:
• Prepare with the Director of Operations for meetings with all internal and external partners and coordinate the follow-up;
• Ensure the follow-up of the Operations Department projects: construction and follow-up of the roadmap, animation of contributors, reminders, ...;
• Assist in the development of Corporate presentations for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer
• Participate in the development of business plans and budgets for Collections.
• Coordinate legal matters
PROFILE
Training and level of experience required: Business school (EM Lyon, HEC, EDHEC ...) you have 2/3 years of experience and you are specialized in business development.
Qualifications required: High capacity for work in a demanding environment; Excellent knowledge of the luxury industry; Sense of communication and interpersonal skills; Responsiveness, autonomy, versatility and punctuality.
Languages: Excellent level of English and French essential. A third language like Italian, Spanish or Japanese would be a plus.
Additional information: Product and analytical skills, you like numbers.
