WHOLESALE COORDINATOR - PERMANENT CONTRACT
Reporting to the Wholesale Director, the Sales Coordinator will work closely with various departments at Headquarters. This role will play a key part in driving the commercial growth of the Company, from organizing sales campaigns to enhancing B2B performance satisfaction.
Scope: Key Accounts & B2B Clients
Sales Development and Growth:
- Analyze and construct sales data, including sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, bestsellers, and slow movers.
- Provide monthly sales reports for the showroom, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Consolidate purchase budget information.
- Assist in coordinating the opening of new accounts.
Showroom Preparation and Participation:
- Organize showroom schedules and appointments.
- Actively participate in showroom sales.
- Regularly distribute sales catalogs and brand presentations.
- Coordinate hiring for showroom staff (dressers, runners, models, salespeople).
- Create and monitor the showroom budget.
- Collaborate with external partners on scenography and necessary staffing.
- Arrange catering for staff and clients.
Joor & Showroom Tool Management:
- Oversee the Joor showroom order platform.
- Implement and integrate the collection plan (products, photos, colors) within Joor.
- Update and modify the collection plan as needed.
- Supervise Joor during showroom sales campaigns.
- Integrate and track orders in the information system.
- Generate reports based on data and orders recorded in Joor.
Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained (catering, space checks, setup).
- Participate in inventory management.
- Coordinate with various departments (Development, Production, Normalization, E-commerce) on requests (shooting, borrowing items, planning).
Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with partners on marketing initiatives aligned with the image team.
- Address client needs and ensure the effective distribution of assets across various channels (retail, social media, e-commerce) using in-house materials.
Data Analysis & Presentations:
- Consolidate data and contribute to strategic and action plans (proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential).
PROFILE: We look forward to meeting you if you possess:
Education and Experience:
- A background in business or fashion school.
- At least 2 years of experience with a luxury brand.

Professionalism:

Required Skills:

Languages:
- Fluency in English and French is essential; a third language, such as Italian or Spanish, is a plus.
