LVMH is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for luxury fashion and jewellery to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail sector, specifically Women's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Jewellery. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in your store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through creative marketing initiatives. You will also act as a brand ambassador – representing LVMH's values of creativity and innovation whilst maintaining high standards throughout all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including staffing & training activities.
• Manage daily operational tasks such as scheduling shifts & addressing customer needs.
• Develop initiatives aimed at increasing customer traffic & driving sales growth.
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to in order to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions including sales reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience managing teams in RTW/accessories stores or similar environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets while managing budgets effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury fashion brands & trends.
• Ability to use modern technology (e.g. POS systems) efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
