Summary
We at The Invisible Collection are seeking an Interim HR Consultant who will be a part of ensuring our people strategy and culture aligns with the company's mission. As an Interim HR Consultant, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver innovative solutions that support organisational goals while creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You'll have the opportunity to use your skills to shape company policies and procedures, recruit top talent and assist in employee relations. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in human resources, including recruitment and training, as well as knowledge of labor laws and regulations. You must also be able to work independently, think critically and proactively solve problems.

Requirements
-We expect you to collaborate with the HR department to develop and implement strategies that will help The Invisible Collection attract, retain and engage talented professionals.
-You shall coordinate recruitment processes within the organisation such as job fairs, assessment centres and interviews.
-You are responsible for researching best practices in human resources management and staying up-to-date on current trends.
-You will provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary procedures and performance management-
-We anticipate you to maintain accurate records of all new hires, termination and other personnel changes.
-You have the responsibility to ensure compliance with labour laws, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
-We require you to manage relationships with external service providers such as payroll, benefits and training companies.
-You must create reports and analyze data related to retention, absenteeism, turnover rates, etc.
Requirements
-You must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
-We require you to possess a working knowledge of international HR laws and regulations
-You should have proven expertise in hiring, onboarding, training and developing staff
-You should be able to assess and maintain effective employee relations practices
-We need you to demonstrate the ability to design and implement new job descriptions and performance management systems
-You must be able to provide guidance on compensation, benefits and payroll policies
-You should be familiar with data analytics tools for analysing workforce trends
-You should be able to identify areas for improvement, design solutions and carry out change management plans
-We need you to be able to advise managers on disciplinary proceedings as well as other related issues
