The Client Advisor position is a key point of contact for the new Boutique and will be responsible for the experience and for driving retail sales, achieving company objectives. It requires strong make-up artistry skills and confidence at selling fragrances and fashion accessories, in addition to solid analytical skills. The position will also require a communicative, welcoming and proactive approach with clients, with the ability to build relationships and have an outgoing personality to engage new Clients and increase the CRM database.

Must be solution driven with the ability to adapt to change and fashion environment rhythms, assess and strategize solutions and swiftly react to the changing needs and demands of the business.

The individual is responsible to lead the beauty and fashion business, providing in-store training support, readapting the strategy and the work proactively and efficiently to deliver results. Will be a role model with strong work ethic and business acumen.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute in developing the Beauty and Fashion business of the new store:
  • Introduce and sell the products to all Clients, aligning with the brands Selling Ceremony
  • Identify opportunities to drive traffic into store through Beauty services, also working and newness launches and initiatives.
  • Ability to multi-task. Some examples are but not limited to, conducting a makeup consultation, filling in stock, setting up an event, provide stock counts and concerns
  • Maintain high standards of display and organization, in line with the brands standards and the Boutique guidelines
  • Great business acumen to identify highest peak days/periods and in-store opportunity to maximize and further develop the Beauty performance
  • Reports and number analysis to review strengths and opportunities (i.e. sell out turnover, KPIs, conversion..)
  • Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Must be able to communicate progress, opportunities, or obstacles. Plan and execute ways to drive higher KPI’S.
  • Close monitoring of stock availability in cooperation with Boutique team and Beauty in order to ensure a smooth and fast replenishment process
  • Ensure a great customer service in line with the brands standards and expectations
  • Recruitment and retention of Clients, aiming to build up a strong and long-lasting relationship, contributing to the Boutique CRM database
  • Support Boutique Clients on personalized make-up sessions 
  • Consistently create a welcoming environment for the client while focusing on driving retail sales. Ability to apply and suggest products, along with teaching application best practices, tips and tricks. 
  • Ability to speak comfortably and clearly while working with clients and converting into a sale.
  • Support the Boutique on retail activities and events

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales roles, with proven experience in the beauty and fragrance industry 
  • Strong understanding of Client Service needs and good clienteling skills
  • Exceptional sales techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, selling, networking and time management skills, strong at engaging with Clients and ability to enlarge the new Clients database
  • Organizational skills and understanding of priorities
  • Dynamism
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Great knowledge and passion for Luxury Fashion and Beauty (fragrance, skincare and make-up)
  • Fluent in local language, Bi-lingual a plus
