Provide support to the Founder and Creative Director (the “Principal”) in all aspects of her Business and Private affairs. You will be the right-hand person to the Principal, offering all round administrative and executive support with a flexible and entrepreneurial approach. You will be confident at dealing with HNW clients and not be fazed by a demanding and fast paced environment.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude happy to take on any task however big or small and with a background in fashion / luxury brands, you will have a good knowledge and understanding of the industry with the desire to develop and grow within the Company.
Administrative and General Support:
- All round administrative support to the Principal.
- Detailed note taking.
- Assisting with stock management.
- Arrange all mail, franking, international and local couriers for client orders and supplier shipments.
- Extensive Diary management with an ever-changing schedule.
- Responding to and drafting emails and written correspondence for the Principal and customers when required.
- Acting as gatekeeper with a good knowledge of the Principal’s contacts.
- Ad hoc managing personal and household matters inc. travel, insurance, restaurant bookings etc.
- Assisting on shoots with confidence.
- Running errands and general ad hoc support.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and all products are displayed attractively.
- Assisting with marketing, social media and pr with ad hoc support.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanour.
- Assist clients in a courteous and attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and collections.
Private Client and Business-to-Business Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing private clients.
- Proactively engage with high-value customers to understand their preferences and shopping habits.
- Arrange private appointments and exclusive shopping experiences for VIP clients and businesses.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Participate in events, private sales and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
