YOUR ROLE:

CDI – MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER (H/F)

In the Marketing & Communication team, you report directly to the Global Marketing & Communication Director and lead a team of 6 people (social media, production, stylist coordinator, communication).

As the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the brand's vision and growth goals.

Working closely with the Creative Director, Image Director, PR/Influence/Events teams, and “Go to market” teams, your role is to collaborate on projects and 360° activations that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

You will also oversee social media accounts, PR/Influence initiatives, Events, Shootings, ensuring they are consistent and engaging.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in luxury fashion and digital marketing, who can identify opportunities for growth and create innovative solutions.

You have excellent communication skills, writing compelling copy and briefs that inspire creativity from your team.

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Lead the development of the Marketing strategy, and establish a constant and fluid dialogue with the creative forces present, guaranteeing the realization of ideas;
  • Propose objectives and 360° activations as part of a yearly Marketing plan;
  • Be a driving force behind new operations and 360° activations (partnerships, collaborations, special projects, etc...);
  • Define the content of communication media and be responsible for their international consistency;
  • Interact daily with the Press & Influence/Events/Media teams and the "Go to market" teams (retail, wholesale, e-commerce), coordinate and federate them towards the achievement of common objectives;
  • Be responsible for the coordination between external partners, agencies, suppliers, etc...;
  • Manage, support and develop a team of 6 people (social media, communication, stylist coordinator, production);
  • Manage budgets and plannings.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have minimum 6-8 years of experience in a luxury brand or luxury agency ;
  • You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
  • You are well known for your sense of organization, your structured spirit and your autonomy;
  • You feel comfortable in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • You like to work within a team, your natural leadership and strong communication skills will be keys to succeed in your missions;
  • You are result oriented, “hands on” and define yourself as a strategic thinker;
  • With a creative personality, you can think “out of the box”;
  • You have a global vision of the market and brand activations: digital marketing, social media, advertising, commercial animations, e-business, PR, events, etc...
