Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a key player in our digital agency, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and an innate ability to develop and execute strategic social media campaigns for luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and overall marketing initiatives.
  • Content Planning and Creation:
  • Plan and create engaging and visually stunning content for various social media platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics and resonates with the target audience.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Support Implementation and management of social media campaigns across multiple platforms for our Clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Community Engagement:
  • Give best in class advice for fostering and engaging with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Provide advice to Brands on how to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Implement innovative and emerging strategies to keep clients at the forefront of the digital landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media strategist, preferably with luxury fashion and lifestyle brands or Tiktok/Instagram.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Youtube
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
