Responsibilities:
Ensuring every aspect of the client journey reflects the Maison's rich heritage, from initial engagement to follow-up and sustained client relationships.
Delivering exceptional service, building lasting bonds and creating memorable experiences for every Schiaparelli client.
- Achieving personal and team sales targets, utilising data insights and personal networking to spot sales opportunities and drive traffic during slower periods.
- Actively recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships with A* class service.
- Deepening knowledge of brand heritage to engage clients effectively, sharing our legacy and vision.
- Maintaining a professional and impeccable presence, adhering to product presentation and etiquette standards.
- Introducing clients to new collections, events, and opportunities, and independently developing your client network.
- Confidently offering cross-category products, handling objections, and finding solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing a loyal client book, ensuring consistent sales and personalized service.
- Leading consignment sales and displaying expertise across all product categories.
- Representing the brand at events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Serving as a role model for the team, mentoring new members, and contributing to their development.
- Involvement in operational and commercial duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining store standards, and managing deliveries and inventories.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-end luxury retail (goods or services).
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated individual performance excellence, with an understanding of areas for personal growth.
- Advanced knowledge in RTW styling and wardrobe expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven effectiveness in a team environment, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
