Key responsibilities:
- Identify insights and market opportunities thanks to market and trend analysis.
- Conduct studies and reports for acquisition, consulting, and product development.
- Provide actionable recommendations according to brands’ creative strategy and DNA in collaboration with the CSM team.
Main tasks and projects:
- Trend & Iconographic research
- Materials, fabrics, and product design research
- Market & brands competitors monitoring
- Social medias’ exploration and exploitation
- Fashion events mapping and visits

- Use of our AI tool and data to forecast and track trends
- Content planning and design for macro and micro analysis (subcultures, consumer habit, innovation in fashion, materials, merging designers, collaboration) along with industry’s event calendar (fashion weeks, season shift)

- Design creative solutions for fashion and creative consultancy for our clients working closely with our Client Strategy team
- Conduct exploratory analyses to discover patterns and insights to inform our client future strategy and share strategic recommendations aligned with the client’s DNA
- Be the client advocate within the Fashion team and be proactive in the design of the best internal strategy to answer potential future client needs
Preferred experience:
You have more than 3 years of experience in the sportswear industry
You have proven experience in a consulting firm or trend forecasting agency or as a product designer with a focus on the sportswear industry
You have a strong interest in fashion, apparel, retail, and technology
You are the perfect mix between creative and analytical profile
You are a 360° researcher, curious about anything from the most confidential designer to the most well-known historical fact.
You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
