About the Role

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising & Styling Manager to lead and implement visual strategies and processes. In this role, you will guide a dedicated team of visual merchandising specialists, striving to deliver a top-notch in-store experience throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement product presentation and retail marketing standards that effectively project our brand ethos.
• Direct, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver the highest visual standards in the industry.
• Plan and organise zoning strategies, based on consumer behaviour and key product narratives.
• Manage resources, including inventory and human resources, to consistently provide a world-class consumer experience.
• Analyse business results, generate weekly reports for leadership teams, and utilise best practices to enhance the consumer experience.
• Develop and implement training strategies to keep the team updated on visual standards, merchandising techniques, and seasonal trends.

Work Environment

Based in the brands Paris Flagship store, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Styling, Retail Marketing, Communications, Art & Design, or Fashion & Styling.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising & styling.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Proven ability to independently lead zoning and strategy planning with a strong drive for results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage human, financial, and logistic resources efficiently.
• Experience in leading visual merchandising teams.
• Creativity and adaptiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong passion for the brand and integrity.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for the retail industry and sales.
