Our client is a UK-based advertising platform that uses a network of premium publishers and content creators to provide a scalable way for brands to reach new customers, increase revenue and maximise ROI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a company experiencing exponential growth in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. Current relationships Publishers such as: Conde Naste, Hearst, Future, Rak, or Affiliates. We are looking for driven and enthusiastic publisher sales managers to join a growing sales team. As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, sourcing and creating new business partnerships from highly valuable publisher accounts. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new partnerships whilst expanding existing accounts. This is a client-facing role that will require you to have strong presentation and sales skills in order to profile customers effectively, uncover decision-makers, conduct a thorough needs-analysis process, create demand and close high value deals.

Pipeline Development 

  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential publisher partnerships through outreach, networking and marketing follow up. 
  • Identify, prospect & qualify leads by conducting introductory and consultative discussions, via telephone, email and face to face meetings.  
  • Identify and secure meetings with new publishers globally, across industry verticals. 
  • Identify market trends, opportunities and potential gaps that can be capitalised on. 
  • Work with strategic partners to seamlessly transfer prospects and opportunities with a collaborative and win-orientated mindset.  

Pipeline and CRM Management 

  • Develop and maintain an accurate CRM system and network to generate and qualify publishers prospects. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all publisher prospects, conversion and win/losses. 
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline of new publisher partnerships. 

Qualification, Experience and Skills 

  • Proven track record generating high quality leads through multiple channels. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills. 
  • Experience within fashion, consumer goods, business services, travel or financial services would be an advantage. 
  • Experience using and managing CRM systems to maximise lead and conversion effectiveness. 
  • Ability to work in a remote or home office autonomously.  
  • Fluent written and spoken English. 

This position is freelance, remote and is approx. 1-2 days per week.
