As the Digital Communications and Marketing Calendar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the brand's multi-channel communication and marketing efforts, including SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications for our expansive customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multi-channel communications: Oversee all digital communications sent to customers via SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Ensure that messages are relevant, engaging, and effectively drive customer engagement and conversion.
  2. Marketing Calendar Management: Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed marketing calendar that aligns with the brand's objectives. Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure all planned marketing activities, such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events, are executed timely and smoothly.
  3. Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage customer data to segment audiences and personalize communication for each segment, thereby improving customer experience and engagement.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital communication campaigns. Regularly provide reports on campaign results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the design, product development, and customer experience teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
  6. Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and children's fashion, and incorporate relevant trends into the brand's marketing strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in managing digital communications and marketing calendars, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
  2. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  3. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
  4. Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
  7. A keen eye for luxury children's fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
