Assistant to HR Director Position

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Process Administration: Handle job postings, organize interviews, and conduct background checks with precision.
  • Employee Records Management: Keep employee files up-to-date, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate engaging introductions for new hires, aligning them with company values and procedures.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Accurately track and update HR databases regarding staff attendance and leaves.
  • Benefits Program Support: Address inquiries and manage logistics related to employee benefits.
  • HR Materials Maintenance: Regularly update and distribute essential HR documentation, including policy manuals and handbooks.
  • Training Logistics: Organize training and development sessions, from securing venues to gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Internal Communications: Keep the team informed about HR policies, updates, and relevant announcements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated organizational prowess, with a flair for handling documents, schedules, and confidential information adeptly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interactions at all company levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS for effective data management and reporting.
