Summary
As Ecommerce Manager you will take full ownership of the brand's ecommerce performance, taking responsibility to review and optimise the customer journey across the Shopify website & marketing channels with increased revenue and conversion in mind. Collaborating with the Social Media, Marketing, a PPC agency and the Founders, you will implement best practice across these customer touchpoints and test for optimisation. You will also be tasked with improving CRM performance, improving segmentation and setting up email campaigns in the platform (currently Mailchimp but moving to Klaviyo.)
Responsibilities
- You will own our Ecommerce strategy and optimise for improved sales.
- Oversee strategic customer acquisition and retention across SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, email, affiliates through a mix of your own execution of improvements plus coordinating activity with 3rd parties.
- You shall develop and implement an effective Ecommerce strategy to drive traffic and increase revenue.
- Oversee and manage SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans.
- Develop a compelling content strategy and digital marketing programme.
- Ideally also manage online merchandising including product listings, categorisation, and pricing.
- Proven track record of online growth for a fashion, luxury or lifestyle brand eg (€200k – €500k).
- Deep understanding of the luxury customer and how to offer innovative consumer experience.
Requirements
- You must have experience managing an e-commerce website with a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue within luxury, premium or high end fashion & lifestyle.
- Have worked with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- You will need to collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns that drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Using your knowledge of customer journey best practice as you will be responsible for optimising our online store's user experience. This includes improving site navigation, checkout process, load times, and mobile responsiveness.
- Take ownership of the CRM and improve customer flows and segmentation with a view to improve conversion.
- You will need to be confident testing different angles to improve conversion across customer touchpoints.
- You should possess excellent communication and leadership qualities to collaborate with Social Media Manager, Marketing Manager, 3rd party Agencies and Founders.
