WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive creative ideation and execution for a broad range of creative touch points including marketing and brand campaigns, social media, website, digital activations, packaging, print, moving image.
- Continually manage and evolve the brand identity. Evolve brand message, storytelling and ensure brand values are visible across all touchpoints
- Ensure consistency and that the output of the creative team is of the highest possible standard. Lead, mentor and provide inspiration to a multidisciplinary creative team primarily consisting of graphic designers, art-directors, re-touchers (full-time and freelance), while also managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities
- Recognise opportunities to grow partnerships and collaborations with brands and talent who align with our values
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently connecting and networking with relevant people/ brands for future opportunities
ARE YOU THE ONE?
For this senior role, we seek someone with extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art-direction, graphic design in a Senior Creative role (a minimum of 8 years in a fashion environment). You should also bring:
- Great technical skill set; including design, typography, art direction and use of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of branding, marketing and digital channels
- Demonstrable experience of leading a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver a broad range of creative
- Calm under pressure, resourceful and a creative problem solver, used to working to strict deadlines and on own initiative
- Entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and collaborative nature is a must
- Excellent communication skills
