Key Responsibilities of the position
· Manage and drive operational activities on a daily basis with all UK Valentino stores, including Outlets and Heathrow
· Manage and oversee the daily store operation such as sales, expense control, inventory management, security and safety
· Ensure the Highest Level of customer service and Store Experience
· Proactive problem solving to daily store related issues raised by managers/staff
· Responsible for cost control and effectiveness in operation by monitoring all system activities
· Quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting of sales results Inventory Management and back-office optimization
· Managing inventory activities at the country/ store level and managing stock movements procedure, regular cycle counts
· Piloting on inventory schedule and monitoring inventory results
· Monitoring and overseeing stock capacities of the stores
· Adjusting accordingly in relation to business partners
Ensuring the perfect implementation of Global Retail guidelines related to sales support and to the back of the House
· Leading and coordinating with the departments involved in the openings, relocation, and refurbishment
· Defining operation’s needs (stock, uniforms, payment tools etc..)
· Managing after-sales activities and follow up
· Ensure paperwork efficiency and process of shipment and transfers, while following up on discrepancies;
· Monitor the correct rotation of goods and constantly ensure all the necessary measures for the safety of valuable products, materials and furnishings; · Guarantee after-sales services following company standards and that all stockroom guidelines are rigidly followed;
· Register the goods into the IT System and ensure that all transport documents are rightly filed;
· Participate In-Store maintenance and windows set-up and guarantees warehouse maintenance in order to make the furnishings, types of machinery and all tools as efficient as possible.

· Previous experience in the role and leading a team
· Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
· Be a team player with a proactive attitude
· Cope with deadlines
· Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary
