- An understanding of WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake) and ability to work in an ever-changing setting.

- Exceptional analytical skills, focusing on both numbers and product metrics.

- Commercially driven, with a keen eye for building out categories and enhancing brand value.

- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Willingness to travel and support various facets of the business, including factory visits and market support.

- A forward-thinking mindset, not confined to traditional merchandising or buying roles.
