### Key Responsibilities

- **HR Management**: Handle daily HR tasks with finesse, including onboarding new members, contract management, payroll oversight, and conducting talent reviews.

### Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a preference for those versed in the fashion retail sector.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and various recruitment software.
