This flagship store is a true luxury experience with a cocktail bar and space to relax and enjoy a drink and read some of their rare books. The right individual for this position will come from luxury retail or luxury hospitality, will be customer-focused, positive, have a great team spirit, and curious to learn about the brand equity and its beautiful products. This position is a hands-on Stock Controller for a three-month contract, to help improve on current and implement new operational standards and processes. There is also a possibility for longer-term positions within this company. The key responsibility of this role is the boutique's daily operations; Ensure that the standards are respected in all aspects of the Maison: image, processes, operations, and so on. This position is based in London and is full-time.

BOUTIQUES DAILY OPERATIONS:
Ensure that brand standards are respected in all aspects of the Maison: image, processes, operations etc.
Strive Operational Excellence
· Ensure implementation of the strategy within the Flagship Maison.
· Boutique Agreements: Responsible for the control and safekeeping of all the legal documents as they relate to the boutique, in collaboration with corporate partners: legal agreements, contracts & addendums with boutique external partners.
· Assist with New/Updated Contracts and Termination Letters in coordination with corporate partners.
Boutiques Policies, procedures, guidelines and tools
· Boutiques Procedures: Educate and provide expert support to the team in the implementation of boutique procedures and proper monitoring for compliance.
· Determine the needs, implement, follow-up & receive feedback:
o Boutique Uniforms
o Groom Uniform
o Music
o Ambiance Perfume
o IPad, IPhone, Assouline Email: implementation, maintenance, and support
o Stationary (letterhead, envelopes, business cards…)
o Boutique Stamp
o CRM and Press Gifts.
· Support Boutique Director in planning and staff allocation around operational items.
· Assists in the preparation and execution of stores' physical inventories and actively participates in resolving inventory discrepancies.
· IT System & reporting
o Ensure boutique uploads daily their sales and update the different reports on time.
o Is the link with central for any special request in terms of maintenance or update.
· Receive and prepare new merchandise for the selling floor.
· Notes discrepancies on the shipping invoices and informs management.
· Maintain a neat and organized stockroom, storage area, and shipping/receiving area.
· Complies with all loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
· Understands and actively follows proper paperwork process and procedures in preventing loss of company assets.
· Assists in maintaining and ordering supplies used within the store.
· Maintains standards of cleanliness and organization.
3. Maintenance
· Liaise with Landlord and Contractors on Repair and Maintenance items of the leased premises on an as-need basis.
· Maintains all lighting in the store.
· Maintain store, lunchroom, stockroom, and bathroom to Company standards.
· Adhoc work to ensure building maintenance is completed in a proactive and timely manner.
JOB PROFILE
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in the relevant area preferred.
Required Experience:
· 3-5 years' experience ideally within boutique stock and operations management highly preferred.
Technical Skills / Abilities:
· Strong IT literacy with full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Have extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform.
· Fluent in English.
· Detail-oriented and analytical.
· High organizational skills.
· High interpersonal skills with service-minded nature.
· Outgoing personality.
· Desire to work on a collaborative and diverse team.
· Project management experience
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to influence decisions across the organization.
· Someone who embraces challenges enjoys solving problems and is willing to try new things.
· Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
Essential Physical Requirements
· Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
· Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
· Climbing ladders – frequently
· Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
· Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
