Delvaux is looking for Senior Sales Advisor for its stores in London - New Bond Street
Mission:
As an ambassador for our brand, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux
- Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director,
- Verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs
- Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers,
- Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales,
- Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards ,
- Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager .
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in retail luxury
- Working already for a Flagship since at least the past 2 years
- Arabic speaker
- Business & client oriented
- Luxury background
- Reliable and professional
- Active/reactive/pro active
- Common sense
- Excellent presentation and passion for the brand
