Your main missions are as follows:

1.Develop the digital business :

-Define sales objectives and growth levers,

-Develop the conversion rate and profitability of the site.


2.Management of the product catalog (own website, Farfetch.com):

-Monitoring of assortment and stocks, purchasing management: 

* Construction of the OTB with the Retail department (Main, Capsules, Carry Over),

* Management of mini, out-of-stock, availability and end-of-season stocks.

- Post online collections with the IT and Content department (product database, prices, images, descriptions (5 languages),

- Define and implement E-merchandising: 

* Control and ensure the optimization of merchandising and cross-selling of collections and product recommendations (categorization, ranking, implementation and monitoring of the personalization strategy via a partner solution) .


3. Traffic management (Own, Paid):

- Definition of the annual digital communication & sales calendar: 

* Push product / Markdown / Show, 

* CRM campaigns (brief, translation, integration, sending) via Adobe, 

* MEDIA campaigns (Paid Social, SEM) in coordination with the media agency.

- SEO management and optimization in coordination with the Content team: implementation and monitoring of SEO recommendations via partner tool,

-Implementation and monitoring of REFERAL campaigns.


4.Management of the DTC roadmap in collaboration with the Perfume teams:

-Business As Usual: Identify bugs and participate in corrective tests,

-Project :

o Participate in the various projects for the overhaul, development and international deployment of the Maison's sites in conjunction with the product owner,

o Determine the new functionalities to be integrated into the roadmap and design these functionalities with the support of the perfume team, participate in the tests.


5.Management of logistics operations (brand website and Farfetch):

-Follow-up of deliveries / returns / complaints.


6.Customer relationship management:

-Monitoring the quality of service (processing time, quality of information, compliance with SLAs).


7.CRM:

-Set up CRM campaigns in a multi-channel logic (drive to store, drive to web),

-Implement the CRM base strategy in quantity and quality,

-Analyze customer data and determine customer personas in order to deploy marketing and personalized customer relations,

-Define and implement an excellent digital customer experience in line with the high expectations of our customers.


8.Omnichannel:

-Participate in the reflection on the implementation of new devices or new omnichannel services,

-Management of the omnichannel central: updating of processes, monitoring and updating of mini stocks.


9.Reporting management (Ecom, Farfetch, Omnichannel):

-Analyze and optimize the key performance indicators of the wesite by means of weekly and monthly reports for action plans.


Required profile

You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury / fashion sector within a brand, an E-Retailer or a Marketplace, Business School / Engineer,

You know and master the following tools: Pack Office, JIRA, CONLUENCE, Cegid, Hybris, Drupal, Adobe,

Excellent level of English and French essential. Spanish is in addition,

Great work capacity in a demanding environment,

Excellent knowledge of the luxury / fashion industry and knowledge of issues related to brand image,

Rigor, organization and versatility,

Analytical sensitivity and business vision,

Sense of detail and method, you demonstrate great rigor in your work,

Committed, agile and flexible, you have a performance culture and a good ability to work in a team,

Meaning product would be a plus.
