This global brand are a renowned manufacturer of luxury leather goods, who are seeking a talented Senior Luxury Client Advisor to join their brand new store in the heart of Mayfair. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with high-end clientele and providing exceptional service.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an unforgettable luxury experience for the clients, by offering personalised product recommendations, coordinating bespoke orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities

  • You shall provide exceptional customer service to luxury clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.

  • You will actively seek out new client opportunities through networking and referrals, aiming to expand the client base and increase sales.
  • We expect you to have a thorough knowledge of our products, materials, and craftsmanship techniques, in order to effectively educate clients and provide detailed information about the brand.
  • You shall demonstrate excellent product presentation skills, showcasing merchandise in an appealing and organized manner within the store.
  • We expect you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring you can provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • We expect you to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regularly restocking inventory and participating in visual merchandising activities.
  • You will also be a key-holder for the brand new store in this role.
