We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our Richemont luxury brand. With at least undefined years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff in our women's RTW and jewellery store. You will be a key point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards. You must have a passion for luxury goods and understand the importance of creating an exceptional shopping experience.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the store, including staffing, stock management and sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales performance by motivating staff members with incentives.
  • Ensure that customer service expectations are met or exceeded by training staff on policies, procedures and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to retailing activities within store boundaries.
  • Manage inventory levels according to budget requirements.

Requirements

  • At least undefined years of retail management experience in a high-end/luxury environment required.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written is essential; ability to deal confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds is paramount.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite) as well as familiarity with POS systems advantageous.
