Responsibilities:
• Collections development
- Participate in the development of collection schedules as well as in the definition and development of the Woman RTW product offer;
- Be proactive as to the definition of the core offer;
- Collaborate with the Production department to ensure delivery times;
- Collaboration and Interface with the other Retail, Visual merchandising, Studio departments in order to share the product strategy and provide inputs on the key products of the offer.
- Prepare the collection briefs (performance synthesis, market feedback, best and worst sellers).
- Prepare collection plans with sizes and cost target.
- Ensuring collection development is following the collection plans target.
- Work in close collaboration with the Retail department to ensure an optimal assortment of the collection in the different markets;
• Analysis
- Monitor the performance of past collections in order to propose appropriate action plans to increase sales and profitability;
- Develop new reports to better understand the business and trends.
- Perform regular sales analysis (weekly, monthly, end of season) by product category/region.
- Carry out various analyses: Wholesale and Retail market analysis, sell in, sell out, competitive benchmark, trend monitoring, business opportunities in order to ensure the strategic positioning of the House;
• Training
- Collection presentations to sales teams before conventions, present the collections at the various showrooms and participate in pre-purchase arbitrations;
- Prepare Product training handbook, books with offer and prices.
- Develop all Merchandising tools (sales book, buying guide, etc.);
• Competition Analysis & Market Positioning
- Consistent follow up of collections, launch and new initiatives from competition.
- Mapping competition.
- Competition Price positioning.
- Runway review and trends review.
- Based on the comprehensive research, formulate strategic recommendations.

Requirements
• Former experience in similar roles, for at least 5-10 years.
• Passion and strong knowledge of the fashion & luxury market, with strong sensitivity and passion for Ready to Wear.
• Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and report/feedback from the market.
• Strong public speaking and persuasiveness skills, commercial attitude and ability in the sales.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, dynamic, team player with strong relational skills.
