Join a French Fashion brand as a Collection and Event Coordination Assistant, where your meticulous organizational skills will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand's vision to life.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute events that showcase our latest collections, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand's esteemed reputation.

This role offers unique opportunities for professional growth within the company, providing hands-on experience in event planning and collection management.

This is a 1 month contract for September 2024!!


  • Manage the coordination and logistics of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from setup to breakdown.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align event goals with brand objectives.
  • Develop detailed timelines and checklists for each event, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Handle communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during event planning and execution.


  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in the development of event themes and concepts that align with the brand identity.
  • Manage inventory and prepare collections for display at events, ensuring all items are accounted for and presented impeccably.
  • Maintain detailed records of event-related expenses and assist in budget management to keep costs aligned with projections.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events through various channels.
  • Provide on-site support during events, handling any last-minute issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive experience for attendees.
  • Evaluate the success of each event by gathering feedback from participants and preparing comprehensive post-event reports for future improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders to enhance collaborative opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
