Wholesale Manager - Eyewear

We are looking for a Wholesale Manager to join our team full-time and play a key role in expanding the global presence of our client, a luxury accessories company. This role is ideal for a driven, strategic, and relationship-oriented individual with a strong background in sales, wholesale account management, and brand partnerships – specifically in Eyewear. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing wholesale relationships, and aligning distribution strategies with the brand’s premium positioning and influencer-driven identity. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure the seamless execution of wholesale initiatives that support the company’s growth and vision.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, clearly communicating product launches, marketing initiatives, and seasonal strategies.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication to sustain partner satisfaction and engagement.


Business Development:

  • Identify and secure new wholesale opportunities across boutiques, department stores, and e-commerce platforms to expand global presence.
  • Actively explore new markets and establish strategic partnerships to drive brand growth.


Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and achieve sales targets through effective pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and budget management.
  • Continuously track performance to ensure sales objectives are met and exceeded.


Market Analysis & Forecasting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to optimize product distribution, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Provide insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making.


Brand Positioning:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align wholesale strategies with the brand identity and influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Ensure wholesale activities consistently reflect and enhance the brand’s premium image.


Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Liaise effectively with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to facilitate smooth product delivery, proper merchandising, and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Coordinate internally to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Regularly prepare detailed sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and continuously refine business strategies for improved performance.


Key Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wholesale account management.
  • Experience within eyewear industry.
  • Proven track record managing wholesale accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience nurturing profitable, long-term partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis and forecasting to inform strategic growth and operational decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at creating and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and timelines.
  • Comfortable and effective in fast-paced environments, quick to adapt to market shifts and changing business needs.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
